DAY 2 : DELHI – KHAJURAHO (FLIGHT)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Leave for the sightseeing of New Delhi.
Visit the Market of Connaught place and India Gate, A war memorial
dedicated to Indian soldiers who died in World War I, India Gate
is an iconic landmark and a great place for an evening
stroll.
Visit the Rashtrapati Bhavan from outside: The official residence
of the President of India, this grand building is a masterpiece of
British architecture. While you can't enter the main building, you
can take a guided tour of the Mughal Gardens (in February-March)
and visit the adjacent Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum.
visit the Qutub Minar: This UNESCO World Heritage Site, located in
the Mehrauli area of New Delhi, is the world's tallest brick
minaret and offers a glimpse into the city's ancient
history.
Transfer to Airport for flight to Khajuraho
Arrive khajuraho and Check in at hotel.

DAY 3 : KHAJURAHO

Visit the City & Khajuraho temples.
The Khajuraho Group of Monuments in Khajuraho , a town in the
Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, located in Chhatarpur District,
about 620 kilometres (385 mi) southeast of New Delhi, is one of
the most popular tourist destinations in India. Khajuraho has the
largest group of medieval Hindu and Jain temples, famous for their
erotic sculptures.
The name Khajuraho, ancient "Kharjuravāhaka", is derived from the
Sanskrit words kharjura = date palm and vāhaka = "one who
carries". In the 19th century, British engineer T.S. Burt arrived
in the area, followed by General Alexander Cunningham. Cunningham
put Khajuraho on the world map when he explored the site on behalf
of the Archaeological Survey of India and described what he found
in glowing terms. The Khajuraho Group of Monuments has been listed
as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and is considered to be one of
the "seven wonders" of India.

Leave for Bandhavgarh National Park.
Arrive Bandhavgarh late in the night & transfer to hotel &
Check-in.

DAY 5 : BANDHAVGARH

Bandhavgarh National Park is one of the popular national parks in
India located in the Umaria district of Madhya Pradesh.
Bandhavgarh was declared a national park in 1968, with an area of
105 km². The buffer is spread over the forest divisions of Umaria
and Katni and totals 437 km². The park derives its name from the
most prominent hillock of the area, which is said to be given by
Hindu Lord Rama to his brother Lakshmana to keep a watch on Lanka
(Ceylon). Hence the name Bandhavgarh (Sanskrit: Brother's
Fort).
This park has a large biodiversity. The density of the tiger
population at Bandhavgarh is one of the highest known in India.
The park has a large breeding population of Leopards, and various
species of deer. Maharaja Martand Singh of Rewa captured the first
white tiger in this region in 1951. This white tiger, Mohan, is
now stuffed and on display in the palace of the Maharajas of
Rewa.
The first safari will be early morning & the second one in the
afternoon.
