Proceed for the city sightseeing of Kochi.
Kochi has the best-preserved history of colonial times and the ideal way to bring it alive is to take a walk down memory lane.
You’ll visit St Francis church, the oldest European church in India as well as the splendid Paradesi Synagogue and then the Mattancherry Palace (also known as the Dutch Palace) where you’ll see a variety of murals, portraits and art exhibits.
Finally, you’ll be able to witness the spectacular Chinese fishing nets, a typically Keralan form of shoreside fishing with counterweights and large elegant nets.
In the Afternoon proceed to Munnar, the place where the unfolded green carpet is waiting for you. Munnar is breathtakingly beautiful, a haven of peace and tranquility - the idyllic tourist destination in God's own country. Munnar is the gateway of Hills in South India.

Later proceed for a morning sightseeing trip to Munnar; visiting the Eravikulam National Park where you can see the very rare mountain goats locally called the Nilgiri Tahr, visit Mattupetty Dam which offers many fascinating sights to relish. The Shola forests around Mattupetty are ideal for trekking and bird watching, with the variety of birds found there. Kundala is a picturesque town located at the confluence of three mountain streams namely Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala.
Enroute visit Echo Point, View Point & green carpet of Tea Gardens.

After breakfast leave for Thekkady (Periyar),
The Periyar National Park is spread over an area of about 777 km² and comprises a thick evergreen forest with exotic wildlife. The sanctuary was declared a tiger reserve sometime in 1978. The Periyar tiger reserve is considered as one of the best-managed reserves in India. The core zone of the park is not accessible to the tourists. Within the buffer zone of 430 km², a zone of 55 km² is kept apart for tourism. It has an artificial lake formed by the Mullaperiyar Dam, built in 1895 across the Periyar River.
Arrive Periyar In The Afternoon
Later visit the Periyar wildlife sanctuary by Boating through Periyar Lake. This will be ever memorable one. Rest of the day will be free at leisure.

After breakfast you’ll travel to Alleppey and the Kerala backwaters where you’ll board a genuine Kettuvalam houseboat with its characteristic thatched roof and unique eco-friendly construction, for a one day cruise.
Check into a traditional houseboat and go on a leisurely backwater cruise along the lake. A ride on the houseboat is a fabulous way to explore the fascinating beauty of the backwaters. Cruise through the backwaters to Alleppey. Overnight will be at Houseboat.
